1- Please ensure to answer ALL questions when completing booking under your class date of choice.
2- Please complete student registration form using the Google fillable document when booking- see embedded link below
3- Payment (IN FULL should be made OFFLINE when booking, ie. Venmo, or mailing/dropping off payment to my personal address. Please contact me for instructions.
