Class Information/FAQ's!

  1. Course duration is 9 am to 3:30 pm (includes 30 min. lunch & multiple breaks).
  2. Each class can accommodate a max of 8 students and 1 instructor. 
  3. In the event a class doesn't reach full capacity (8 students), parents will receive an email notification and a FULL refund.
  4. Kindly ensure your child arrives a bit early so we stay on schedule. If tardy, please text me your ETA. 
  5. It's a long day. Prepare your child with breakfast, packed lunch, snacks, and extra sugar.
  6. Pick-up time is 3:30 pm. Class will NOT dismiss before this time. Depending on student questions/engagement- class may dismiss 10-15 min. late.
  7. Interactive games, group activities, and classroom discussion are a significant part of the course.
  8. Hands-on practice utilizes dolls/manikins for diaper changing and choking/CPR skills. I request that students be respectful and focus on learning these vital life-saving skills.
  9. No cell phones during class, only used during breaks or in case of emergencies.
  10. Student's attending with friends, are permitted to sit together unless they become disruptive. It's important to avoid distractions and ensure the smooth flow of the schedule.
  11. Dress comfortably.
  12. Carpooling is fine-please notify me.
  13. If your child has severe allergies, medical conditions, or learning difficulties- please notify me so I am prepared.
  14. Each student receives a Safe Sitter Student Manual, Certificate of Completion, and folder with resourceful info.
  15. Please let me know if I have your consent for group photos for my website or Facebook.
